Manuel is definitely the guy to talk to if you need any collision repairs done. Super quick, honest, and helpful through the whole process. He made everything easy, kept me updated, answered every question I had, and never made me feel like I was being brushed off. You can tell he actually knows what he’s doing and cares about his customers. My car came back looking amazing, and the whole experience was way less stressful than I expected. Really appreciate all the help and would 100% recommend this shop to anyone.

Found the shop online so I stopped by and Manuel was able to fit me immediately though they were busy. I was given a price that I felt was fair and it was done within hours, plus the work came out great. This is only day 2 of the repair but Manuel is very knowledgeable and seems like he does very honest business. Def recommend it you need body work.

I had an excellent experience with Downtown Collision! Their customer service was outstanding—everyone was kind, helpful, and genuinely went above and beyond. They replaced my key battery, vacuumed the interior, and even washed my car without me having to ask. The price was the best around, especially after getting several quotes from other places. I’m truly impressed with the quality of their work and the pride they take in taking care of their customers. Highly recommend! After getting rear ended, they made the experience of getting a new bumper and paint job hassle free

I can’t say enough about this place ! Manuel the owner treats your vehicle as if it was his own. His communication and customer service is 5 star rated! He takes care of his customers. If you’re paying for work out of pocket or get to choose your insurance work this is the place to go to! Very few places leave an impression these days and this one definitely leaves an excellent one!
